Rainbow International Schools, Thane, is hiring a

Customer Relationship Executive (Admissions)

to manage

admission enquiries

across our school branches. This role is best suited for

female candidates

who are confident communicators and comfortable working in a

target-driven environment

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle admission enquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Counsel parents on school programs, curriculum, and admission procedures. Align and coordinate parent walk-ins to relevant school branches. Regular follow-ups with prospective parents to close admissions. Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records. Achieve assigned

monthly admission and enquiry conversion targets

. Ensure a warm, professional experience for parents at all touchpoints.

Eligibility / Requirements:

Female candidates preferred

. Fresh graduates with excellent

English communication skills

are welcome. Prior experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Comfortable working in a

target-oriented role

. Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal & written communication Parent counselling & follow-up skills Sales mindset with customer empathy Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, email)
