Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through campus visits, career fairs, seminars, and workshops.
Identify and reach out to potential students through online and offline channels.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders at educational institutions, including faculty and career services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents regarding course offerings, enrollment processes, and support.
Address student queries, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth admission experience.
Promotional Campaigns:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campus promotional campaigns (flyers, posters, social media).
Represent the institute at educational events, fairs, and seminars to increase brand visibility and student engagement.
Student Support & Follow-up:
Provide detailed course information, fees, schedules, and certification details to prospective students.
Follow up with leads to nurture interest, address concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Maintain a database of prospective and enrolled students for follow-up and relationship management.
Ensure timely communication and resolution of student queries and concerns.
Support post-enrollment engagement to enhance student satisfaction and retention.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Monitor campus trends, student needs, and competitor activities to adjust outreach and lead-generation strategies.
Gather feedback from students and educational institutions to improve marketing and student engagement efforts.
Event Management & Campus Activation:
Plan and execute on-campus events such as information sessions, workshops, and career counseling to engage students.
Coordinate with colleges for joint events and partnerships to maximize lead generation.
