Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, chats, and in-person interaction
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Conduct payment follow-ups and ensure proper documentation and reminders.
Maintain positive and professional communication with customers at all times.
Update customer records and payment details in CRM software.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Provide product or service information clearly and professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
2-3 years of experience in customer handling, CRM, client servicing, or related roles.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Local Language Bengali mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
