Key Responsibilities:



Attend and assist walk-in customers at the service center. Prepare job cards and explain service processes to customers. Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for smooth service delivery. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups. Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation.

Candidate Requirements:



2-4 years of experience as a Service Advisor / CRE in an automobile dealership or service center. Good spoken and written communication in English is mandatory. Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) is an added advantage. Strong customer service skills, with a professional attitude.
