Welcome customers and ensure a pleasant showroom experience
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
Handle customer enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online leads)
Follow up with prospects and existing customers
Maintain customer database and update CRM records
Coordinate test drives, deliveries, and post-delivery follow-ups
Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma (any discipline)
Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Pleasant personality with customer-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Prior experience in automobile showroom / customer handling preferred
