Customer support:

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues through various channels like phone, email, or in person.

Relationship management:

Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Data management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and information in a customer database.

Internal coordination:

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and to enhance the overall customer experience.

Feedback and analysis:

Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and provide insights to management, which helps improve service quality and business strategies.

Customer retention:

Support and implement strategies to retain customers and encourage loyalty.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
