We hiring a

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

for its

Mansarovar Ather showroom

. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers and ensuring an excellent showroom experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom Explain Ather electric scooter features, pricing, and offers Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints professionally Maintain customer records and follow up when required Coordinate with sales and service teams Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at the showroom

Experience Required:

1 to 2 years of experience in a showroom, customer service, or CRE role

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills Presentable and confident personality Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Salary:

?15,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
