Attend and respond to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and website leads.?
Do regular follow-ups with interested leads (homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders) until closure or clear outcome.?
Understand customer requirements and share suitable SmartR Spaces solutions (lighting, security, climate, voice control, etc.).?
Prepare and update basic quotations using company rate cards and templates, and coordinate with the technical team for final proposals.?
Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and status updates in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.?
Coordinate with the Jaipur operations/installation team for site visits, demos, and project execution support.?
Share daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads handled, quotations sent, and deals closed.?
Represent SmartR Spaces professionally and help build trust and long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.?
Setup meetings for our sales team with potential connections .
Who we want:
Graduate, 0-3 years sales/calling/customer support
Fluent spoken English (must)
+ clear Hindi
Computer basics (Excel, WhatsApp Web, email)
Sales experience in electronics/real estate a plus
