Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Proactively connect with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure repeat orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact (PPOC) for customer inquiries, requirements, and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any challenge promptly.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service issues.
Assist in development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the data to inform management for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service and relationship management roles. (preferably in manufacturing sector)
Excellent and confident communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using different CRM software and Google suite (Word and Excel)
