Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
Provide complete guidance and support related to products/services.
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver product presentations (online or onsite).
Perform cold calling to reach potential customers when needed.
Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team to fulfill client requirements.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer handling and support experience is preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach
