Key Responsibilities
Ensure all client leads generated after order placement are addressed and followed up promptly.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent and effective after-sales service.
Collect genuine feedback from clients to improve service quality.
Manage the complete service cycle--from receiving the order to coordinating payment collection.
Resolve client queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Provide product/service information and support to participants/clients whenever required.
Act as the first point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Understand client requirements in depth and ensure solutions are provided in a timely and appropriate manner.
