Job Description

: Customer Relationship Manager Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new customers and win back former clients. Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance services and products. Oversee customer interactions and ensure consistency in communication. Plan and execute engagement campaigns to strengthen customer relationships. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline customer experience. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze customer data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
