Job Summary:
We seek a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent
English communication skills
and a passion for delivering a great customer experience. This role involves handling customer queries, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities/ :
Interact with customers through calls, emails, and messages in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently.
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure client retention.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
Maintain updated and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Take initiative in improving customer service processes and contribute ideas to boost customer satisfaction.
Follow up with leads and assist in post-sales support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
