Customer Relationship Executive Location: Bunk Hostel, Rishikesh Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Bunk Hostel Rishikesh is looking for a proactive and guest-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage guest communication, build strong relationships, and collect feedback and reviews. This role plays an important part in improving guest satisfaction and strengthening the hostel's online reputation. Key Responsibilities Call in-house and past guests to collect feedback on their stay Follow up with guests to request Google and OTA reviews Handle guest queries, concerns, and post-stay feedback professionally Maintain records of guest feedback, issues, and reviews collected Coordinate with operations and front office teams to resolve recurring guest issues Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest support when required Promote hostel events, activities, and services to guests Ensure a warm, professional, and positive guest experience at all touchpoints Requirements & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Polite, confident, and professional calling etiquette Ability to handle positive and negative feedback calmly Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, booking systems) Good listening and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or tele-calling is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality or guest relations Familiarity with Google Reviews, Booking.com, Hostelworld, or similar platforms Knowledge of Rishikesh and local experiences (preferred, not mandatory) What We Offer Food during working hours Stay at the hostel (subject to availability and terms) Friendly, creative, and multicultural work environment Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing hospitality brand Competitive compensation based on experience
