Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 9 AM-9 PM IST
Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday, with 1 rotational weekly off)
Salary: ?16,000 - ?20,000 in-hand + Incentives up to ?2,000

About the Role:


We are looking for proactive

Customer Relationship Executives

who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving order closures and retention. This is a voice-based role that blends

customer support with sales

, where you'll connect with customers, assist them with queries, and encourage them to complete or repeat their purchases.

Key Responsibilities



Make 100-120 outbound calls to customers who have shown interest in products or left incomplete orders. Assist customers in placing orders, resolving payment or delivery concerns, and applying available discounts or offers. Handle basic post-purchase support such as order tracking, returns, and general product assistance. Conduct follow-up and feedback calls to improve customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain accurate records of each conversation and update information in the CRM system. Consistently meet performance goals such as call quality, order conversion, and customer retention metrics.

Requirements



Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role (voice process preferred). Excellent spoken communication skills in

Hindi and English

; fluency in additional languages is an advantage. A friendly yet persuasive approach with good problem-solving and listening skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented setup. A personal laptop/desktop with webcam and a reliable internet connection. Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
