Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and messages professionally Manage customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders and service updates Maintain customer records and interaction logs Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication

Requirements:

Hindi, English, and Tamil
