Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls from potential and existing customers.
2. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about Itzeazy's services.
3. Convert leads into successful service bookings through effective sales pitches and follow-ups.
4. Maintain knowledge of all services including RTO, DL, and other documentation support.
5.Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and service status.
6. Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1.Minimum 1 year of experience in Teleperformance, Sales ,BPO or relevant roles.
2. Strong client and customer handling skills.
3.Familiarity with CRM tools .
4.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
