Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring a smooth customer journey, and providing excellent post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Assist customers during property site visits and explain project details. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth customer handling. Follow up on leads, documentation, and payment schedules. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Support post-sale processes such as registration, handover, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-5 years of experience in customer service, real estate, or sales coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and handle clients professionally.
