The CRM Associate is responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing queries efficiently, and ensuring seamless support throughout the customer journey to strengthen relationships and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
?Manage customer communications, inquiries, and grievances in a prompt and professional manner.
?Record and update all customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems with accuracy.
?Support customer data analysis to identify areas of improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
?Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns and engagement activities to enhance customer retention.
?Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of customer relationship initiatives.
?Understand the client engagement cycle, sales process, and documentation requirements to meet organizational standards.
?Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Excel and Word and adapt to companyspecific SOPs and CRM software.
Requirements
?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
?1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales coordination roles.
?Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management practices.
?Strong verbal and written communication skills.
?Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
