Act as the first point of contact to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person.
Sales and Acquisition:
Find and acquire new customers through open market sales, telecalling, or following up on leads.
Product Promotion:
Introduce and promote the NBFC's loan products, such as unsecured business loans, to potential and existing customers.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Target Achievement:
Work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the business's growth.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all sales and customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Required skills and qualifications
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers.
Customer Interaction:
A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customer service.
Sales Aptitude:
Willingness to engage in sales activities and meet sales goals.
Education:
Typically requires a graduation degree
Experience:
NBFCs, Nidhi, or insurance is often preferred, but freshers may be considered.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer and CRM system knowledge.
