We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for the Service Department to manage customer interaction, job card coordination, feedback handling, and overall service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Attend customers visiting the service section
Create job cards and coordinate with Service Advisor/Technicians
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and service updates
Maintain records, billing support, and CRM follow-ups
Ensure smooth customer flow and a pleasant service experience
Qualifications
Any graduate
Good communication & customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Experience:
1 year experience preferred with CRM follow-up, customer handling or service coordination in Automobile showroom.
