Job Summary:
The Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating between clients and internal teams. The role requires good communication skills, follow-ups, and professional behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with existing clients
Handle client calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up with clients for documentation, payments, and service updates
Resolve client issues and complaints politely and efficiently
Maintain proper client records and update data in Excel/CRM
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up reports
Support management in client retention and relationship building
Ensure confidentiality of client and company information
Achieve assigned relationship and follow-up targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in any field
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Word)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Polite, patient, and professional attitude
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
Experience:
Fresher or experienced in client handling, relationship management, or office coordination preferred
