Responsibilities:
Client communication (Email, Calls, WhatsApp)
Handle domestic & international buyers
CRM updates, order processing & follow-ups
Coordination with production, logistics & accounts
Follow-up on samples, pricing & shipments
Requirements:
Good English (Written & Spoken)
Basic MS Excel & email drafting
Export/Textile experience preferred
Freshers with strong English can apply
Timing 9-6
