Role Overview:

We are looking for a presentable and courteous individual who will be the first point of contact for all walk-in customers. The role focuses on greeting guests, taking care of their basic needs and refreshments, managing enquiry details, and ensuring a seamless experience. This is not a sales role but an important support position to coordinate smooth customer interactions.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Graduate (any stream).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining enquiry records.

Well-groomed with a pleasant and approachable personality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
