We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic

Customer Relationship Executives

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, building strong relationships, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Explain company products and services clearly and effectively. Maintain a record of customer interactions and feedback. Follow up with customers for queries, leads, and satisfaction. Represent the brand professionally and positively.

Freshers and college graduates are also welcome MBA students or graduates in Sales/Marketing preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, polite, and customer-oriented attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools preferred) Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
