Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers, stockists, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Generate leads, explain product features, schemes, and pricing effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Support sales closure and ensure smooth coordination with operations/logistics for order fulfillment.
Maintain daily sales records and prepare reports.
Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in marketing campaigns, product promotions, and digital sales initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Quick learner with the ability to understand pharmaceutical products.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Result-oriented with a positive attitude.
