Our company is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide product and service information to customers; Complete call logs and reports; Other duties as assigned; The Candidate Should Be Able to Take Up Client Calls and Respond to the Client Queries; Identify and escalate issues to supervisors; Research required information using available resources; Document all call information according to standard operating procedures; Escalating customer feedback as required; Business Development Activities lead generation through Email, calling and meeting and conducting online demos & generating business; Identifying decision makers and making customer profiles and presentation skills; Coordinating with Direct Sales team; Analyze Potential Markets; Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction; A strong commitment to customer service.
Requirements:

Required Female Candidate Only Any Graduate with Excellent communication, Interpersonal Skills and writing skills Convincing to clients and make them come to walk-in Basic Email writing and telephone etiquette Strong communication power The person should have handled Computers/Internet; Languages : English, Hindi.
