Key Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement(Telecalling):

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.

Issue Resolution:

Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.

Order & Service Management:

Track orders, coordinate service delivery, and ensure timely responses.

CRM Utilization:

Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software and analyze customer data for insights.

Feedback & Improvement:

Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and improvement areas.

Pay: ?184,128.36 - ?386,446.55 per year
