Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Customer Relationship Executive (Service) to manage customer interactions, handle service follow-ups, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as the connection between customers and the service department, ensuring smooth communication and timely support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service reminders, follow-ups, and customer concerns.

Greet customers at the service reception and assist them with their initial queries.

Maintain customer data, job card updates, and service records accurately.

Provide customers with service updates, expected delivery time, and additional repair recommendations.

Collect customer feedback after service and manage customer satisfaction surveys.

Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Managers, and Technicians for timely service completion.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Promote service packages, AMC, insurance renewals, and related offerings.

Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling ability and problem-solving attitude.

Basic knowledge of vehicles and service processes (preferred).

Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM entry, email handling).

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and a professional approach.

Qualifications
Plus Two / Any Degree (preferred).

Experience in customer service, CRM, or service-related roles is an added advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
