To build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication between the institute and its clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, admissions, and support.
Respond promptly to calls, emails, and walk-in queries from students and parents.
Guide potential students and parents through admission procedures, course details, and fee structures.
Handle student onboarding and orientation processes.
2. Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, parents, and alumni.
Follow up with existing students to ensure satisfaction with programs and address any concerns.
Maintain regular communication to encourage renewals, referrals, and continued engagement.
Collect feedback to improve overall service quality.
3. Admission & Enrollment Support
Assist in lead generation and conversion activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
4. Coordination & Administration
Coordinate between academic, finance, and operations departments to resolve student issues.
Ensure timely communication of schedules, results, and important announcements.
Update and maintain CRM databases or student management systems.
Skills Required:
Diploma/ Any Degree/ PG
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
