Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing client interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, maintaining customer satisfaction, and handling basic inside-sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products/services.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) for smooth customer service.
Maintain customer records and update information in CRM/software.
Resolve issues professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through processes.
Identify customer needs and share upselling or cross-selling opportunities with the sales team.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely communication with clients via calls, emails, and messages.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
Ability to work in a team and handle customer escalations calmly.
Previous experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus.
