Work on customer portals and ensure timely updates.
Encourage and guide customers to download and use the app.
Drive and increase new customer registrations.
Manage and maintain voucher inventory at the customer desk.
Build and strengthen PR with all retailers to support mall initiatives.
Enhance visitor experience by implementing effective customer service initiatives.
Monitor and improve service standards including cleanliness, security, and customer assistance.
Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
Ensure events align with the mall's brand and enhance visitor satisfaction.
Maintain customer MIS and ensure all related documentation is updated daily.
Focus on customer retention and loyalty-building strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management.
Proactive, approachable and team-oriented personality.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality / Retail Management preferred).
