Key Responsibilities (Female only)



Manage inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communication. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic & international travel packages. Provide quotations, itineraries, and package details to customers. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings. Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely updates regarding their bookings. Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and vendor teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally. Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM regularly.

Pay: ?15,303.31 - ?25,676.63 per month
