About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to be the key point of contact for our clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, resolving issues, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
Understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and drive loyalty.
Prepare and maintain accurate customer records and reports.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient with CRM software and other relevant tools.
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
