Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
to manage client interactions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customers before, during, and after the sales process
Ensure excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) regularly
Coordinate test drives, service appointments, and vehicle delivery
Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure post-sale satisfaction
Promote after-sales services, AMC plans, and service reminders
Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science/commerce/arts or related field
0-1 years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and handle a high-pressure environment
Fluent in English/Hindi and Odia language
