The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE, female) - Service is responsible for handling customer communication related to vehicle service, including appointment booking, follow-ups, feedback collection, customer retention, and service reminders. The goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling
Call customers for service appointment bookings
Send service reminders (periodic service, insurance, RSA, etc.)
Welcome customers and ensure smooth coordination with service advisors
Inform customers about service status and delivery time

Follow-ups & Feedback
Take post-service feedback calls
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
Ensure customer satisfaction (CSI improvement)

Retention & CRM
Maintain customer data in CRM software
Track repeat service customers
Promote AMC, value-added services, wheel alignment, detailing, etc.

Coordination
Coordinate between:
Customers
Service Advisors
Workshop team
Billing department

Reports & Documentation
Daily call reports
Appointment conversion reports
Customer feedback & complaint logs
Skills Required
? Good communication skill (Hindi, English & local language preferred)

Qualification
Minimum: 12th pass
Graduate preferred (Any stream)
Experience in automobile service industry preferred (Freshers can apply)
