Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive

to build long-term relationships with clients while actively contributing to lead generation and business growth. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in improving customer satisfaction, identifying potential leads, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert those leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention. Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, social media, and networking. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into active clients. Regularly follow up with leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product/service improvements. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally. Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, customer interactions, and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office. Results-oriented with a strong focus on lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
