Make outbound calls to potential clients for film projects, advertisements, fashion shows, events, and production services.
Explain company services clearly and professionally to clients.
Generate leads and fix appointments/meetings for the sales or management team.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Maintain proper records of calls, client responses, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the CRM and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
Ensure daily call targets and monthly conversion targets are achieved.
Requirements & Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Ability to convince and negotiate with clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or call records.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling (preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
