Role Overview:
The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end client communication, ensuring timely documentation, payment coordination, and delivering a smooth customer experience in compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication and coordination across all stages.
Handle commercial documentation, payment follow-ups, and tracking.
Manage possession and key handover processes.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution.
Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Strong time management and prioritization skills
