Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback through calls, emails, and chats. Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience. Manage inside sales activities including follow-ups, product explanations, and order handling. Proactively reach out to potential leads and convert them into customers. Maintain and update customer data in Excel and Google Sheets. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in customer handling and inside sales. Excellent communication skills in

both Hindi and English

(spoken & written). Proficiency in

Excel and Google Sheets

. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Pleasant personality with good convincing and negotiation skills.

Immediate joiner preferred.
