AMC revenue

Material & service expenses
Net profit or loss per AMC
Share
customer feedback and insights
with management to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams (technicians, operations, finance) to ensure smooth AMC execution.
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance of all AMC-related activities.
Profit & Loss Responsibility (AMC-wise):
Track AMC-wise income and expenses.
Maintain accurate cost allocation for manpower, materials, and service visits.
Analyze AMC profitability and highlight
loss-making AMCs
.
Submit monthly
AMC-wise P&L reports
to management with observations and improvement suggestions.
