Department:- Marketing

Location:- Navi Mumbai

Reporting to:- CEO of the company

Timing:- 10:30am to 7:30pm, Monday to Saturday

Role Objective:

To manage the end-to-end relationship with tenants across the portfolio. This includes marketing vacant units, ensuring timely rent collection, handling legal documentation/renewals, and acting as the primary point of contact for all resident concerns to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

1. Leasing & Occupancy Management



Property Marketing:

Coordinate with real estate brokers and manage enquiries for vacant premises or premises to be vacant

Site Showings:

Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective tenants.

2. Revenue Collection & Revenue Tracking



Rent Management:

Ensure all rents are credited by the 10th of every month. Send reminders and follow up on delayed payments.

Invoicing:

maintain clear ledger of security deposits and monthly dues.

Utility Oversight:

Ensure tenants have cleared their electricity and piped gas bills before vacating the premises.

3. Tenant Relations & Problem Solving



Single Point of Contact:

Act as the "face of the developer" for all tenant queries and complaints.

Issue Coordination:

Work closely with the

Operations Manager

to ensure plumbing, electrical, or structural repairs requested by tenants are completed promptly.

4. Negotiation with Brokers, Tenants



Negotiating with tenants for renewal of agreements, with brokers on deals that are in the best interest of the company

Skills Required



Negotiation:

Ability to identify a tenant's "hot buttons" and negotiate rent increases or lease terms that satisfy the developer's bottom line while making the tenant feel valued.

Professional Articulation:

Ability to speak clearly and professionally in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Objection Handling:

Skilled at neutralizing complaints about pricing or building rules with logical, data-backed arguments

Closing Ability:

A "sales-first" mindset to ensure vacant units are filled quickly and agreements are signed without delay.

Strategic Follow-ups:

Knowing when to be "soft" (a friendly reminder) versus when to be "firm" (a formal legal notice) to get results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
