Beauty Bazaar is a Premium Beauty & Cosmetics Store; who deals in wholesale & Retail both

Location: Crawford Market, Mumbai 400001

Job Responsibilities:?o Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from customers.?o Attend to retail and wholesale inquiries professionally.?o Understand customer requirements and guide them with correct product information.?o Share pricing, availability, and order details.?o Coordinate with the store team for order processing.?o Maintain basic records of inquiries and conversions.?o Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Who We're Looking For:?o Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).?o Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp coordination.?o Prior experience in customer service, sales, or cosmetics industry is a plus (not mandatory)?o Organized, polite, and customer-focused attitude.?o Ability to handle high volume of inquiries efficiently.
