Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) builds and maintains customer relationships by handling inquiries, scheduling services, providing information, gathering feedback, and resolving issues, often using CRM software to manage customer data and ensure satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include making service calls, communicating with service departments, promoting services and offers, managing customer records, and assisting with promotional events or payment collection. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for the automotive sector are essential for this role.
