Role Overview:
As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be the first point of contact for US-based customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a night shift, office-based position designed for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a healthcare-related setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
Address and resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Document all interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and company compliance guidelines when handling healthcare-related information.
Requirements:
Preferred: Experience in the US healthcare industry (medical billing, patient support, insurance, RCM, or similar).
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Ability to work in the night shift from office.
Familiarity with US healthcare terminology is a plus.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
