Monitor and manage customer inquiries received via CRM software, social media platforms, official email, and other channels.
Respond promptly to client queries with professionalism and clarity.
Connect with potential clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
Accurately input and update customer and inquiry details into the CRM system.
Categorize and forward qualified leads to the respective sales team or department.
Maintain communication logs and follow-up schedules within the CRM.
Support the sales team with relevant background and inquiry data.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2-5 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or CRM operations.
Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
