Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Engage in direct sales of financial products to individual customers Generate leads through field activities and convert them into successful sales Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback

Eligibility Criteria:



Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) 1 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably from BFSI Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
