Job Overview:



The CRE will act as a single point of contact for clients post-sales, managing scope documentation, client communication, tax invoicing, and payment follow-ups. This role bridges clients, internal teams, and finance while ensuring timely execution, excellent service, and strong relationship building with both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Scope of Work (SOW) Preparation: Prepare the Scope of Work (SOW) document based on data provided post-sales confirmation. Ensure that all deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are clearly defined in the SOW. Coordinate with the Director, Project Head to finalize the SOW. Regularly update and revise the SOW based on project progress and client requirements. Client Query Handling & Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Maintain strong communication with clients (national and international) and address concerns proactively. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. Build long-term relationships with clients to enhance repeat business and referrals. Tax Invoicing & Financial Coordination Prepare tax invoices as per country-specific compliance. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to avoid financial discrepancies. Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure smooth processing of invoices. Payment Follow-ups & Financial Tracking Conduct effective follow-ups for payments to ensure timely collections. Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding dues and escalate if required. Maintain and update a payment tracking system for all projects. Generate monthly receivables reports and share insights with the Director and Finance Team. Communicate with the Director and Finance Team about receivables and delays. Client Data Management & Reporting Maintain an up-to-date client database with key project details, SOW updates, and payment statuses. Ensure that all client interactions, agreements, and modifications are documented. Generate regular reports on client engagements, project progress, and payment statuses. Identify trends in client behavior and suggest strategies to enhance client satisfaction. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with the Project CRR (Client Relationship Representative) to monitor project progress. Ensure that projects are moving as per the stages mentioned in the SOW. Provide inputs to the team for smoother client coordination and project execution. Act as a bridge between clients, project teams, finance, and management. Additional Responsibilities Assist in preparing client proposals.. Keep track of expansions with existing clients. Ensure adherence to international business ethics and compliance.

Must-Haves:



Proficiency in drafting SOWs based on business requirements. Knowledge of tax invoicing and country-specific compliance. Strong skills in payment follow-up and financial tracking. Ability to manage and update client databases with accuracy. Strong project coordination experience ensuring client and internal team alignment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving attitude and proactive resolution skills. Time management and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and organizational precision. Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination.
