Job Description

Customer Relationship (CRE Duties):



Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable two-wheeler models. Provide information on pricing, finance, insurance, and accessories. Arrange and coordinate test rides. Maintain follow-up with potential leads to convert them into sales. Take feedback post-delivery and promote service-related offerings. Maintain customer records and data in CRM systems. Handle customer complaints and escalate when required. Prepare accurate vehicle sale invoices and service bills. Ensure all statutory documentation is complete (RTO forms, insurance, etc.). Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for payment processing. Maintain records of bookings, payments, and deliveries. Track inventory movements and assist in stock reporting related to billing. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
