Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information about financial products and services. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate banking, investment, insurance, or loan products. Drive sales and achieve assigned targets for cross-selling and upselling financial products. Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and follow up on potential leads. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution. Keep abreast of the latest financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Prior experience in financial services, banking, or sales preferred. Knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, personal loans, and credit cards. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
